Reporting projects don't fail for lack of software. They fail in the gap between buying a tool and changing how the company actually runs its numbers. So we don't hand you a login and a training deck — our engineers embed with your team and close that gap phase by phase.
Three phases, each one useful on its own
Executive dashboards
Deep-dives with leadership and functional owners to fix priorities, KPIs and reporting structure. Core metrics, hierarchies and dimensions standardised — and documented, so the definitions outlive the meeting. Then production dashboards, with summaries, scorecards and drill-down to the last level of your network.
You end the phase with: working dashboards in leadership's hands, and a written metric catalogue your teams have signed off.
Rollout across the organisation
Access widens from leadership to the teams, with role-based views at every level of the hierarchy. People, hiring and organisational metrics come in. Meanwhile we review the internal tools your field teams live in, and map where they leak time.
You end the phase with: the whole organisation reading from one set of numbers, and a concrete improvement plan for your internal tooling.
Intelligence and planning
An AI layer over your governed metrics — questions, summaries and recommendations in plain language, with defined use cases and guardrails. A live business model: actuals plus projections, plan-vs-actual, scenarios. And targeted rebuilds of the internal apps flagged in Phase 2.
You end the phase with: a system that looks forward, not just back — and answers questions without an analyst in the loop.
How pricing works
F · Fixed fee per phase, for results
Every phase is a fixed price against a defined end-state — you know the cost and the deliverable before you commit. Where a phase has a measurable target, part of the fee rides on hitting it. Continue when the last phase proved out; stop when it didn't.
AS · Tokens, passed through
The AI build is metered in tokens and passed through at cost — what the machine actually used, no markup. Each phase carries a token budget, so the spend is predictable.
T · Annual subscription
From Phase 1 onward, a subscription banded by users and data scope covers the platform, hosting and upkeep.
No hourly billing
We don't sell hours, and you shouldn't buy them. People are bought by the phase, the machine by the token, the platform by the year.
We make money when the phase lands, not when the token meter spins — and annually on the subscription. Our incentives are yours.
What we need from you
An executive sponsor
Someone senior enough to settle a definition dispute when two functions dig in. Without this, no tool survives contact with the org.
Access to your systems
Read access to the systems of record, arranged with your IT and security teams — we work inside your compliance constraints, not around them.
Your review calendar
The system is built around how you actually review the business — so we start from the meetings you already run, not a template.
Start with the 90 days
One fixed-fee phase. Working dashboards, settled definitions, and enough evidence to decide about the rest.
